Debra Phelps
Debra has over twenty-four years combined experience. She has managed various technology consulting and internal control assessments including remediation over financial reporting in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 and Reports on the Processing of Transactions by Service Organizations for the last four years. Additionally, she has over ten years of public accounting experience with three of the "Big Four" accounting firms where she was a Partner and has managed, directed, developed, and deployed several projects including business risk management and process improvement, business continuity planning, consulting related to security architectures and infrastructures, data quality analysis and technical audit functions. In supporting the firm's National practices, she formulated strategic direction, policy, training, methodology and practice aids and deployment of business process and compliance efforts. She also has ten years of IS audit experience where she developed extensive experience with the development, evaluation, and oversight of internal controls and business processes. Debra's education background includes a BBA in Computer Applications from Texas A&M University, an MBA in Multi-national Operations and an MS in Computer Information Systems from St. Mary's University.

Bill Zajac
Bill has over 10 years of combined experience, including operations, design, and audit experience in the field of IT, focusing on security, scalability, and high availability. His roles have ranged from hands-on to managerial. He started his career as a Network Manager, soon moved on to help build and maintain the UNIX systems which run the New York Stock Exchange and the American Stock Exchange. For the past two years, he has helped design, implement, and manage internal control assessments and remediation over financial reporting in compliance with Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. He has helped numerous companies and governmental agencies achieve solid solutions to IT security and control through his experience in crafting the strongest practical policies using best practices in conjunction with knowledge of each company's existing resources. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Stony Brook.

Keith Dunlap
Keith has over seventeen years combined experience with national and international clients. He has eight years financial, operational and IS internal audit experience including control assessments, quality assurance measures, best practice implementation and data conversion and integrity evaluations. As a member of audit, Keith has been actively involved in the assessment of internal controls in support of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 by planning, performing and supervising process testing and reporting results to management and external auditors. Additionally, he has over four years of public accounting experience with three of the "Big Four" accounting firms where he participated in and managed internal audit, information systems and e-business risk assessments and process improvement engagements. For over a year, Keith managed technology and operations including security and programming support and implemented a new revenue accounting system. He was Manager of International accounting for over a year where he prepared detailed and consolidated financial and manpower statements and performed operational process and reengineering analyses. He also has two years of investment banking experience. Keith's education background includes a Finance degree from the University of Texas and an MBA in Accounting and Management Information Systems from the University of Houston. Keith is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) and Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).

John O'Donnell
John has over twenty-three years combined experience. For the past year, his primary focus has been as legal counsel reviewing all contracts for the IT and Audit departments, as well as all domestic Oil & Gas Master Service Agreements. For six years of his career, he managed IT Systems Administration including IT contracts, budgeting, procurement and retirement of technology assets and coordination with IT internal and external audits groups and remediation of their findings. John also has sixteen years of experience as a consulting manager and business systems analyst including one "Big Four" firm where he individually or lead teams that planned, designed, redeveloped, tested, documented and implemented various oil and gas application systems and data conversions. Additionally, he was a member of various teams performing risk assessments and management reporting on Y2K readiness. John's education background includes a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston and a JD from South Texas College of Law. He has been a licensed attorney since 1993 and is a certified mediator in the State of Texas.

Brad's detailed database administration experience includes data modeling, performance tuning and monitoring, capacity planning, creation/configuration including clustering and rebalancing, logging and backup/recovery. He has developed and implemented new guidelines and procedures for Sarbanes-Oxley compliance. Additionally, he has implemented various RAID technologies on SANs and provided best practice solutions for implementing web and internet marketing applications in 24 x 7 production environments. Brad also has eleven years of experience with several fortune-10 corporations as a business analyst where he designed and implemented marketing, claims processing/payment, information retrieval/storage, gas and electronic timecard systems. Brad's education background includes a BS in Information and Computer Science from Georgia Institute of Technology.
